The first step is a 20–30 minute Discovery Call™. It is our first structured conversation. I ask the essential questions about your project, property, timing and availability, and we both assess whether there is a good basis to continue.
You will speak directly with me. I bring 25 years of property experience to the way I understand homes, priorities and investment decisions.
What to expect
- A structured introductory conversation of approximately 20–30 minutes, by phone or video call.
- I ask the essential questions needed to understand the project, property, timing and availability. The call is for initial qualification only.
- No design work, diagnosis or professional recommendation is provided during the call.
- After the call, I review whether the project is a good fit. If it is, I offer the Home Diagnostic Visit™, booked and paid in advance.
- The Home Diagnostic Visit™ is Barcelona · €650 + VAT; Costa Brava · €900 + VAT, an independent service that is not deducted from subsequent project fees.
- The Client Discovery Questionnaire™ is sent only after that payment has been received.
- You will receive a reply within 2 working days.
