Perhaps family comes to stay for weeks at a time. You may love having friends around the table, need somewhere everyone can watch a film together, or simply want a home where storage, light and everyday routines feel easier.
These are the things I want to understand before thinking about how your home should look.
Because the aim is not to create a beautiful interior around an imaginary lifestyle. It is to create a beautiful home around yours.

I listen first — to how you live, what matters to you and what you would like to change.
Then I use my experience in interior design and property to turn that information into considered recommendations for your home.
You will not be presented with endless options. My role is to give you direction, explain why I recommend it and help you make the decisions that move the project forward.

Before we begin
- Where do you work?
- Barcelona is the centre of the practice. Other locations are considered by express agreement, and selected international projects are possible through Design Blueprint™ when measurements, plans, documentation and logistics are reliable.
- Do I need to choose a service before contacting you?
- No. You do not need to know which service you need before we speak. My recommendation is made only after the paid professional discovery stage, once I have understood your family and your property.
- What happens on the Discovery Call™?
- It is a structured introductory conversation of approximately 20–30 minutes. I ask the essential questions about your project, property, timing and availability, and we assess whether there is a good basis to continue. No diagnosis, design recommendation or professional work is provided during the call.
- What happens after the Discovery Call™?
- I review whether the project is a good fit for the way I work. Only if there is a fit do I offer the Home Diagnostic Visit™, booked and paid in advance. After payment, I send the Client Discovery Questionnaire™ and request the relevant property documentation. The visit is followed by the Home Diagnostic Report™, then the Project Proposal & Investment Plan™ and, if you proceed, the Letter of Engagement™ + General Terms.
- What is the Home Diagnostic Visit™?
- It is the first paid professional stage — Barcelona · €650 + VAT; Costa Brava · €900 + VAT — booked and paid in advance. It is an independent service and is not deducted from subsequent project fees. Once payment has been received, I send the Client Discovery Questionnaire™ and request the relevant property information before the visit.
- Can you work remotely?
- Selected international projects are possible through Design Blueprint™ only. Home Concierge™ is the maximum level of delegation, not a remote mode, and its geographical scope is limited and expressly agreed.
- Do you take technical responsibility for the works?
- No. Christina Rius Homes™ does not assume the technical direction or responsibilities of the architect, contractor or specialists. Costs relating to architects, contractors, joinery, installations, permits or other third parties are separate and are assessed by the relevant professionals when required.
